Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to the OnMyRadar website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy information. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What OnMyRadar does

OnMyRadar lets you describe ongoing interests (“Radars”) and may identify events, activities, registration openings, and other opportunities (“Signals”) that appear relevant. The Service may offer feeds, maps, saved items, explanations, source links, and notifications.

OnMyRadar is a discovery tool. We do not organize, host, sell, supervise, or guarantee third-party events or opportunities, and we are not a ticket seller or booking agent unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the Service.
• Shared or family features may have additional rules and permissions when introduced.

4. Your Radars, submissions, and conduct

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give OnMyRadar a non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt for formatting, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You may not misuse the Service to break the law, harm or harass others, impersonate someone, submit deceptive or infringing material, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.

5. Matches, AI, and third-party sources

Matches and explanations are recommendations, not promises. Automated systems, including AI, may interpret Radars, classify Signals, and explain relevance. They can be incomplete or wrong. Important details—especially dates, prices, availability, eligibility, accessibility, safety, and cancellation policies—must be confirmed with the original organizer or source.

Third-party names, links, and content belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement or partnership. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Real-world activities and safety

You decide whether to attend an event or act on a Signal and do so at your own risk. OnMyRadar does not control organizers, venues, attendees, travel, transactions, or conditions. Use reasonable care, verify important information, and contact the organizer about accessibility or special requirements.

7. Beta service and availability

Pre-release features may change, be incomplete, contain errors, or stop without notice. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, improve the product, comply with law, or operate the Service responsibly. We do not guarantee that any particular Signal will be found or delivered.

8. Paid features

Some future features may require a subscription or purchase. Before charging, we will show the price, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation method. App-store purchases may also be governed by the store’s terms. There are no implied charges merely for joining the beta list.

9. Intellectual property

OnMyRadar’s software, design, brand, and original content are owned by OnMyRadar or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, modify, or distribute them without permission.

10. Suspension and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and request permanent account deletion through the app or the public deletion route. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, non-payment, or a material violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete or accurate listings, perfect matches, or successful attendance or outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, OnMyRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party events, sources, services, transactions, or conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post a new date and provide additional notice when required. The final governing-law and dispute provisions will be added after legal review and before public account registration.
